Calling the Animal in You, SEWE is Almost Here!

Southeastern Wildlife Expo (SEWE) is the annual event for the sportsmen/women of the south and beyond. This expo is the largest wildlife art and nature event in the United States, and people come from far and wide to learn how to throw a cast net, buy wildlife art and check out Jack Hanna’s cuddly animals.

Much of the event line-up is the same, with Marion Square and Brittlebank Park serving as the hub of SEWE. Food-related events have really beefed up in 2010 and include several “Wild in the Kitchen” lectures with local chefs like Bob Waggoner, Frank Lee and more. You can still catch a Birds of Prey demo, enter your dog in the Dock Dogs Competition and listen to a variety of lectures too. View the full calendar of events here.

Some events are already sold out, but click here to see what events are open and purchase tickets.
