Charleston-based medical equipment manufacturer wins major design award for LED surgical lights

Charleston-based medical equipment manufacturer BERCHTOLD announced its new E LED surgical lights have just received the prestigious 2009 “Red Dot” European design award.

Created to recognize achievement in new product design, this award selected E LED’s class-leading form and function from among a field of more than 3,000 entrants.
