Cummins Turbo Technologies is a multinational FORTUNE 500® company serving the world with class-leading turbo charger technology for medium and heavy-duty diesel engines. Building on a 20-year history in the Charleston area, the company completed a new, world-class turbocharger manufacturing facility five years ago to directly serve customers in North America. Immunologix

Immunologix is a leader in the production of fully human therapeutic antibodies using a proprietary in vitro technique licensed from the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC). The company is housed in the SCRA MUSC Innovation Center, which supports startup companies with wet lab and equipment space, primarily in concert with entrepreneurs commercializing MUSC research. Nanoscreen

NanoScreen specializes in tools that allow researchers to precisely and simultaneously transfer thousands of liquid compounds in an automated fashion. Its high-density syringe heads, disposable pipette tips and liquid handling robots are used by major pharmaceutical and biotech companies around the world. Soon after relocating from Los Angeles in the early 2000s, Nanoscreen built a state-of-the-art facility to house its corporate headquarters, R&D, manufacturing and distribution operations.

SAIC

Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) uses science, engineering and technology to solve complex challenges related to U.S. national security, critical infrastructure, energy, human health and the natural environment. Headquartered in McClain, Virginia, this FORTUNE 500® company has a growing presence in the Charleston area. Its top local customer is SPAWAR-Atlantic, where it supports the security of American troops through its work on the MRAP program.

Sideshow Press

Sideshow Press and Stitch Design Co. perfectly illustrate the exceptional talent and collaborative spirit driving Charleston's burgeoning creative sector. Sideshow creates handcrafted goods using an authentic, pony-sized, 1920s-era letterpress in a shotgun storefront in historic downtown Charleston. Housed under the same roof, Stitch shares this made-to-order design philosophy in developing brands and identity materials for clients throughout the South.

SKF

SKF supplies the world's aerospace industry with a variety of products and solutions for airframes, aero-engines and gearboxes. Robert Bosch, LLC

As one of North America's largest automotive suppliers, Bosch develops, manufactures and supplies precision components and systems - including body electronics, chassis and powertrain products - for vehicle manufacturers worldwide. The company's Charleston-area operation, which has been expanded six times since 1973, manufactures diesel and gasoline fuel injection systems, ESP/ABS brake systems, and exhaust gas treatment systems. The company's global headquarters are in Stuttgart, Germany.

Levelwing is a data-driven digital advertising agency that provides business solutions. The agency was founded in 2002 in New York, but with substantial growth the headquarters of the company moved to Charleston, SC in 2008. Today the company has both Charleston and New York City locations. Levelwing serves clients in the automotive, finance/banking, healthcare, retail and travel industries, among others. In 2010 the agency was named the #1 Fastest Growing Company by the Charleston Regional Business Journal, as well as the 688th fastest-growing private company in America by Inc. Magazine 500/5000.
