Transportation Options For The Charleston Region

As part our effort to report on “inspired” events being held in the region, we wanted to highlight an upcoming event at The Navy Yard at Noisette. This sounds like a great program….a lunch lecture featuring nationally reknowned transportation engineers Wilbur Smith Associates discussing future plans for our region. Here’s the scoop…kudos to Noisette and the Navy Yard for setting this up.

Wednesday, April 11th, 12:00 – 1:00 pm
10 Storehouse Row Event Space, 2120 Noisette Blvd
(parking located across the street)

Transportation Options for the Charleston Region
with Jenny Humphreys, AICP, Wilbur Smith Associates

Join us for our April lunch lecture featuring transportation engineers and Navy Yard at Noisette tenants Wilbur Smith Associates discussing the land use/transportation relationship in Charleston, and specifically, future plans for commuter rail and public transportation. This is a great opportunity to learn the basics of transportation planning and hear updates on current local issues.

Take your lunch break at 10 Storehouse Row and meet and mingle with some of the nearly 2,000 employees, artisans and students at the Navy Yard! Visit the Upcoming Events section on the Navy Yard website (www.navyyardsc.com) for more information.
