We offer employers a workforce development advantage, with strong, aligned and collaborative partnerships that support the entire workforce pipeline, including workforce recruiting and training programs, at little or no cost to qualifying companies. In fiscal year 2019, ReadySC, a free, customized workforce training program for companies creating new, high wage jobs in the Charleston region, trained more than 2,000 skilled workers for 88 local manufacturers and suppliers.
