CRDA is Hiring: Business Development Coordinator

Charleston Regional Development Alliance (crda.org) is seeking a confident, solutions-oriented professional to join our team as Business Development Coordinator, supporting our globally focused business attraction program. We welcome individuals with diverse life experiences and perspectives, and value unique approaches to every challenge.

While previous experience in real estate, technology or economic development is preferred, we invite savvy, motivated, entry-level professionals to apply. Must be fluent in numerous digital platforms and demonstrate strategic thinking, strong interpersonal skills, discretion, and a desire to collaborate. Bachelor’s degree is preferred, while strong multi-tasking and troubleshooting skills are essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Interfacing with C-level executives as a member of the Global Business Development team, including some client hosting responsibilities
  • Managing GIS-based real estate and site selection tools
  • Responding to market inquiries, including requests for detailed community information
  • Planning and executing multifaceted client itineraries, including market tours and custom presentations
  • Supporting domestic and international marketing and sales missions
  • Responding to economic development project leads
  • Managing aspects of corporate CRM tool (Salesforce.com)
  • Working across MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
