In Charleston, we love our nearly-year-round warm weather. Now there’s a new “cool” way to cool off locals and visitors this summer–Roots Ice Cream. Roots is unique for a variety of reasons. Their unique flavors are created in small batches using fresh, local ingredients sourced from local growers and purveyors.

Expect flavors like Sweet Pea, Cucumber-Mint, Honeysuckle and Beet this spring. For summer, look for Muscadine, Orange-Rosemary, Spiced Pumpkin and more!  Their flavors depend on what’s ripe in farmer’s fields!
