2.5-million-square-foot industrial park planned near Summerville

A 2.5-million-square-foot industrial park has been planned for Berkeley County, according to a news release.

The Coastal Crossroads facility, developed by Indiana-based Citimark and partners NCP Capital and Pure Development for a planned $200 million-plus cost, will be located on Strathmore Road, off the Jedburg Road exit of Interstate 26 west of Summerville. Plans call for approximately 1 million square feet of distribution and manufacturing space to be available in early 2023, according to the release.
