It’s Oyster Time Again

The Lowcountry Oyster Festival is back for the 28th annual event at Boone Hall on Sunday. From 10:30 a.m. until 5 p.m., attendees will devour over 65,000 pounds of oysters. The Lowcountry is regarded as the home of the oyster roast, but nothing compares to this annual festival.

In addition to eating bivalves, there will be oyster shucking and eating contests. Guests can enjoy live music, a beer garden and kids area. Plus, other food options for purchase.

Tickets are $12 in advance and $15 at the door. Parking and kids under 10 are free too!
