Daniel Island-based Blackbaud increases focus on Canadian nonprofits

Daniel Island-based Blackbaud Inc., a provider of technology to nonprofit organizations and educational institutions, recently announced it has launched a formal effort to increase its focus on the Canadian nonprofit community. As a part of this move, the company will open an office in Toronto this spring and will begin offering consulting services delivered by Canadian professionals.

The Toronto office will include the company’s Canadian sales and consulting operation and will be staffed by professionals who understand the unique needs of Canadian nonprofits. Customer support services will continue to be delivered from the company’s headquarters in Charleston.
