Digital Lifestyle Outfitters unveils iBoom Travel

Charleston-based Digital Lifestyle Outfitters, makers of digital device accessories, today announced the launch of iBoom Travel, the first portable iPod speaker system and alarm clock combination.

DLO launched its latest product today at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. DLO is also manning a booth at the Macworld Conference & Expo in San Francisco.

Like its larger predecessor, the DLO iBoom Boom Box, the iBoom Travel allows iPod users to enjoy their iPod playlists in a more compact, portable design. As an alarm clock, a user simply places any dockable iPod into iBoom Travel and they can sleep or awaken to their iPod playlists, FM radio or standard alarm buzzer.

iBoom Travel also charges an iPod when it is docked. iBoom Travel is powered by four AA batteries or through a provided AC adaptor, and comes with a travel pouch.

The new DLO iBoom Travel, priced at $79.99, is available from national iPod retailers and online from DLO.
