Titan Systems Corp. opens new office in Aviation Business Park

San Diego-based Titan Systems Corp., a government contractor providing information technology services to the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center in Hanahan, recently opened its new 18,000-square-foot facility at the Aviation Business Park on Aviation Avenue. The new leased space doubles the amount of space Titan had at its previous Ashley Phosphate Road location. Titan employs more than 100 workers locally.

The Aviation Business Park so far consists of one 49,000-square-foot building offering office and warehouse space. The concrete tilt building is designed to accommodate tenants ranging from 2,056 square feet to 21,000 square feet. Two more multi-tenant, concrete tilt buildings will have a combined square footage of 99,500, bringing the business park’s total square footage to 148,500 on the 12-acre site.
